Slimming Down
I've been trying to lose weight. Well, really I've been trying to slim down, which is a different beast altogether. Last month I took body measurements and just did so again last night. Here are the stats:
Last month I weighed in around 275 lbs, this week I've weighed in at 260, 290, and finally 268. I think 268 is the most accurate. I need a new scale.
- Chest: 46 in (Down 1 in)
- Waist: 50 in (Down 1.5 in)
- Hips: 50.75 in (Down 0.25 in)
- Thigh: 25 in (Up 1.5 in -- I hope it's muscle)
- Calf: 20 in (no change)
- Upper Arm: 15 in (Down 0.25 in)
- Biceps when flexed: 16.5 in (Down .75 in - I hope that is from loss of fat
- Neck: 17 in (no change)
