Ok, I'm confused.

I received a letter from the University of Portland's Financial Aid office that was sent to all School of Education students informing me that the cost per credit was $300 lower than a letter that was mailed last week listed.

I never received that letter. I wonder if I have been accepted and they haven't informed me yet. I'll try not to get too excited.
