Powell's Books - The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde

I just finished reading, on recommendation of my brother, The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde. It's incredibly funny, but since I haven't read Dickens or Brontë some of the detailed jokes were lost on me. However, since I wasted quite a few years at midnight matinees, the Richard III scene was hilarious. I laughed out loud at 11:30 pm when I read it. Thankfully Stephanie was watching TV in the front room so I didn't wake her.

Getting back to weird fiction, I pulled out Richard Garfinkle's All of an Instant, which is a time travel story.

It looks like I've got to add a few more books to my wishlist.
